The HR leader performs and coordinates all tasks related to the human resources department. He participates in the strategic development of the function and is the first responder of the HR function within GA International. Responsibilities: Ensure the recruitment, selection, hiring and integration activities Coordinate performance review, promotion and dismissal processes Ensure payroll activities and monitor the benefits administration program Ensure the maintenance of pay equity and the application of salary scales Participate in the application of working conditions and company policies and regulations Act as a facilitator and advisor for HR related situations with leaders Ensures the maintenance, implementation and updating of the overall employee training plan Carries out requests and monitors various grants to government authorities Is responsible for all health and safety initiatives Responds to general concerns and requests from employees Requirements: BAC in human resources management and / or industrial relations CRIA OR CRHA title, an asset At least 3 years of experience in a similar position Strong written and spoken communication skills Bilingualism - French and English written and spoken Thorough knowledge of labor law and labor regulations in force in Quebec Ability to work independently Attention to detail, tact and impartiality Ability to multitask and have a strong sense of priorities.
