We are recruiting a Social Media Manager This is an exciting new role that will be responsible for managing all our social media channels, plus designing and leading campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction. We are looking for someone who is creative and passionate to develop the social media strategy to align with the business objectives and vision. You will also research and analyse social media trends, including social media advertising revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and raise the profile of G Touring’s leading Guided Touring. What skills and experience will you need? Manager – leading a social media team and hands on experience of building and creating social media campaigns Minimum four years digital & direct marketing experience Solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers Web Proficiency Computer Software Proficiency Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics Strong editing and writing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques Proofreading and Editing Skills Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines online community management and customer service skills to strike the balance between publicity and stimulating direct discussion with potential and actual customer This role will be suitable for someone who: Passionate about all things social, with a creative flair for writing and a love of travel this role will be supporting all internal and external communications across multiple communications channels – including all social media channels. Must be a fanatical and creative content creator. Who are G Touring?
