Position Name: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant Position Type: Permanent Experience: 8 + Years Job Location: Saudi Arabia, Jettah (6Months to 12Months) Functional and Technical HR Oracle Subject Matter Expert: Minimum 7 years’ experience in HR Oracle implementation, Minimum 3 implementations in Oracle HR HCM, Fusion and other HR modules, Expert in mapping HR business needs to Best Practices and proper Business Processes, Knowledgeable of developing business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, Able to assist with financial management systems architecture and solution design, data conversion, cutover, change management, system security and audit controls, Good knowledge of Full life-cycle Oracle E-Business Suite ERP implementation r12, Strong experience in implementing Oracle Financial modules, Good knowledge in Payroll, Expertise in SQL, PLSQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, Forms reports, Good experience in requirement gathering and gap analysis, Possess excellent analytical, technical and communication skills, Good knowledge of project planning and implementation procedures, Good Documentation skills to prepare deliverables, Ability to handle multiple tasks with a high time management skill, Performs independent quality assurance reviews of FIN module performance and deliverables. Ability to apply technical expertise and skills to implement business solutions.
