Digital Ads Manager – FULL TIME * £20-30k depending on experience Oakham Digital Ads Manager * * About us: Future Marketing are a rapidly growing marketing agency with an enviable reputation providing marketing funnels, social and search marketing, web design and marketing automation services to a wide range of clients. We are now seeking to recruit the talents of a confident Digital Ads Manager to join our friendly team. We work in modern open plan offices in Oakham, Rutland with plenty of free parking. The role: This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to take ownership of this role, working closely with the Senior Digital Ads Manager. You’ll be working with a diverse range of high-profile clients and projects that will keep you both interested and challenged. Main responsibilities include: 1. Digital marketing mainly, with the possibility of some traditional marketing. Working on campaigns which includes; Adwords (PPC), Social Ads including Facebook and LinkedIn, Remarketing, Display Network Advertising, Google Shopping and UX. 2. Setting up and managing effective systems for monitoring and reporting 3. Writing copy and headlines for campaigns. 4. Contributing to the development of the business by bringing ideas and creativity to the team and discussing improvements. 5. Visiting clients to discuss requirements, attending meetings in house and externally. 6. Working within a forward-thinking business where you’ll be listened to and be able to see the results of your hard work. The ideal person: Will have at least 2+ years’ experience within Digital Marketing / Online Marketing environment, be confident, with excellent communication skills. You’ll be used to dealing with people at all levels and work to understand and exceed a client’s requirements. 1. Self-motivated, organised and used to managing your own day and a variety of projects at once. 2. IT Skills: You should be proficient in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google shopping, Bing advertising. 3. You’ll have experience in writing copy and headlines. * 4. Desirable: Own car and driving licence. * Benefits: Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £20,000.00 to £30,000.00 /year - depending on experience Experience: 1. Digital Marketing: 2 years (Required) 2. Experience with Infusionsoft / ActiveCampaign or equivalent - desirable Candidates from similar roles such as: Online Marketing Executive, Digital marketing Executive, Digital Specialist, Marketing Assistant will be considered.
