Role Description EMEA Specialist FAE: Imaging & Vision Systems The role of a FAE is to support our customers in the electronics design process, providing them proactive technology proposals; based on experience and advanced knowledge of components and systems available from Future Electronics. The role of a specialist FAE is to condense this knowledge down into a specific technology or market, in this case imaging and vision systems. The candidate will identify and support key accounts for Future Electronics with designs in, or potential to integrate, imaging systems across EMEA. Working closely with local FAEs, Sales, Regional Managers and Futures product marketing and Vertical Solutions teams, to increase design wins and market share for Future and our suppliers of image sensors & imaging systems. Knowledge and experience with the following will be key for the successful candidate: | Machine Vision Systems | Image Sensors | Camera Modules | Illumination As a specialist covering EMEA extensive travel may be required (up to 50%), and international sales experience will be valuable. Minimum requirements | Bachelors degree in electrical engineering. | Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. | Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Preferred qualifications | Solid understanding of electronics systems, development cycles and semiconductors. | Knowledge and understanding of Imaging ecosystems | Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions | Ability to take the initiative and drive for results | Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery | Working well in a team environment is imperative in this role. | Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships | Good listener and excellent verbal and written communication skills
