Our team We work in three self-organized, cross-functional teams that take care of all aspects of a project and manage it from idea to release and beyond. Each of these teams ranges in sizes from seven to nine people and consists of project managers, frontend and backend developers, and designers. You can specialize in one area or contribute to several areas of a project, for example as a fullstack developer. It is important to us to avoid one-man-shows. We always work on projects as a team combining our strengths, because we are convinced that we can achieve more as a team than alone. In so-called "Communities of Practice", people with the same technical background meet regularly to exchange ideas across teams. In these CoPs, challenges and learnings get discussed, best practices are debated, common standards defined, and shared libraries get developed that are deployed across projects and published as open source software.
