Assisting the IT Manager as required Responding to support requests Providing 1st and 2nd line support Configuring new starter setups across all IT systems, applications and devices Monitoring and responding to requests in the ticketing system Mac, PC and mobile device support Some traditional networking support including firewalls, switches and telephony Web filtering and email filtering support Provisioning IT hardware including laptops, mobiles and macs Supporting acquisition and integration from an IT perspective Requirements to succeed in this role: Relevant certificates or equivalent work experience 1+ years hands-on IT experience Strong history of providing first-class IT support What’s on offer: A very competitive salary and bonus structure Excellent benefits including Pension contribution, Private healthcare, Life cover, Cycle Scheme, Season ticket loans, 25 days’ annual leave, 2 days paid leave for charity work, Study loans and access to a well-stocked kitchen with refreshments The opportunity to fast track your career.
