Responsibilities: To support the Head of Maintenance to deliver a sustainable, efficient and effective, customer focused, value for money Maintenance Service in both an operational and strategic context embracing industry best practice; - Staff control and management; - Control of the Maintenance Process; - Coordination of work in the various sections. Technical Skills: Academic Training or CET level in the areas of Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electromechanics or other if the experience in industrial maintenance is relevant; Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial maintenance; Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics; Knowledge of the types of maintenance; - Knowledge of maintenance management tools; Good knowledge of English and French (preferably). Specific Skills: Focus on the implementation of the maintenance policies defined by the Head of Maintenance; - Excellent people management skills - Ability to anticipate and solve problems; - Ability to set priorities. Transversal Competencies: Critical and Innovative Spirit; Confidence; Ambition; Accuracy.
