Frontier North America Inc. is a subsidiary of Frontier Supply Chain Solutions USA, Inc., and is one of Seattle’s fastest growing Customs Brokers and Foreign Freight Forwarders. We are seeking a full time Entry & Logistics Specialist to provide support to our Seattle, WA branch through completion of accurate and timely Customs entry processing. Main responsibilities will include: · Providing support to the day shift customs team. · Filing ISF’s. · Tracking shipments. · Coordinating deliveries. · Applying harmonized tariff schedule code for duty. · Reviewing documentation for accuracy to ensure compliance with Customs and federal regulations. · Accurate keying of customs entries. · Timely billing of files. · Communicating with vendors and customers with discrepancies or issues. · Performing other clerical tasks such as scanning, copying and filing. Qualifications: · Effective time management with ability to prioritize & action accordingly. · Flexible with ability and willingness to respond to changing circumstances and expectations. · Ability to work with little or no supervision. · Proven written & verbal communication skills including exceptional phone etiquette, and ability to effectively communicate with other team members. · Exceptional customer service skills with both internal & external clients. · Adherence to SOP’s and other procedures in place. · Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite). · Experience with CargoWise program is considered an asset. · 2-3 yrs. practical experience is preferred, but will consider training the right candidate. · Can pass a background check. · Eligible to work in the USA.
