Job: Support the Wealth Management in providing business and sales management coverage to the relevant markets, specifically in the areas of Wealth management strategy execution. Plan and execute high quality events with the objectives of building a positive brand profile. Develop effective program strategies to promote respective investment products or services for customer Manage and work closely with internal and external business partners Coordinate Front Office feedback and specify business requirements. Interface with all support areas (Operations, Compliance, etc.) on issues resolution and organization improvement. Prepare regular performance and control reports. Support the continuous improvement of processes to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness. Support the effective management of operational risks across the Business and in compliance with applicable internal policies, and external laws and regulations at a global level. Requirements: University graduate with major in Finance, Marketing, Economics, and Risk Management is preferred. Excellent managerial, analytical and strategic thinking. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin. Full-time,Permanent
