What Will You Be Doing? The Contracts Administrator administers systems to (i) track the flow of contracts for the Company, including ensuring compliance with the contract review, approval, execution and delivery process, (ii) ensuring compliance with all contractually required notice and reporting requirements, (iii) updating indexed storage system contracts. Additionally, this position will support the Company’s legal staff with basic research, drafting and preliminary contract review on a time available and as needed basis. Essential Functions Administer application for tracking the contract review and approval process (35%) Maintains electronic file indexed repository of the original copies of all Company contracts and agreements and all amendments (20%) Monitor contract expiration dates and notice requirements (15%) Ensure compliance with contract reporting requirements (10%) Generate requested contract reports (10%) Conduct legal research, proofread briefs, complete preliminary contract review (10%) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required 2+ years of relevant experience required Paralegal experience preferred Proficiency in MS Office required Demonstrated ability with MS Access, SharePoint or similar database software preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent organizational skills, good judgment and attention to detail Proficiency in software systems to assist with job duties Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to communicate in a positive and effective manner with subordinates, peers, and all levels of management. Ability to work with confidential material.
