This role reports into global marketing which includes customer experience, category management and product management You will operate in global cross-functional teams Where will you be working? Primary location: at our head office in Goch, Germany, close to Nijmegen (NL) 25% travelling to our production locations in the Netherlands Sometimes worldwide travelling required What does success look like? Your product group strategy has been fully realized – strong business growth has been achieved over the years, stimulated by effective promotional activities, a strong series of innovations, and enabled by good availability of high quality products How will you make an impact? The main responsibilities are: Define and execute operational product management activities, and support strategy development for DFE Pharma’s portfolio for your products Project management: independently starting up, coordinating, managing, and executing multi-disciplinary projects in close collaboration with other departments such as Sales, Technology & Innovation, QA and Finance, but also with customers and suppliers Product performance management: execute product performance analyses, challenge margin realization, support in value price setting Market intelligence: actively gather, analyze, and interpret market and competitor information for strategic decision making Marketing content development: develop marketing content and tools in close collaboration with Technology & Innovation, Sales and Customer Experience teams Generate fact based recommendations: for product positioning, pricing, portfolio optimization, NPD and Capex Dein Profil und unsere Leistungen: We are looking for candidates with: At least 8 years working experience, preferably in a B2B environment University degree in Business Administration or technical area (life science, pharmaceuticals or nutraceuticals), and preferably an affinity with both Strong analytical skills Result orientation with a sense of pragmatism Self-starter A great team player Excellent communicator (oral & written) combined with presentation skills in English Experience in working in multi-disciplinary projects Understanding of cultural differences We offer: We offer a highly dynamic and energetic work environment full of ambitious international growth opportunities and continuous learning, with an excellent remuneration package.
