The Project Lead will manage the team, as well as end-client stakeholders, and report into the Partner on the project. This is phase 1 of the transformation and will be a strategic redesign of the operating model and organisation, delivering a clear road map for future implementation of an optimised HR function. Key Responsibilities Create an iterative strategic plan based on ongoing insights gathered through interviews, workshops and working sessions with the end client’s senior leadership team. Build a report and presentation on the methodology that the end-client will have to apply within their current operating model to achieve their people based strategic goals. Design a high-level implementation plan or roadmap, identifying the critical activities and timelines required for the new model to be executed, bringing together people, processes and technology. Identify the people toolkit of skills and capabilities that the client will need to address internally in order to implement this new model. Create a financial model to assess the future scalability and cost effectiveness of undertaking this transformation. Skills and profile Experience from a leading management consultancy Solid understanding of HR functions in large/complex organisations, having successfully delivered HR transformation in the past Mobile communications or Telcos experience is a nice-to-have, not necessary.
