We continue to go from strength to strength and are now in a position to recruit a highly motivated and dedicated Implant Manager to join the Business Travel team based in our Ipswich Office. The business travel team provide a comprehensive and impartial travel management service to a wide range of businesses. We are currently looking to recruit an Implant Manager to work specifically on the Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines account. Based within FOCL's head office and reporting to the Business Travel Operations Manager, you will oversee the day to day running of both marine and group flight booking activity along with the line management of two direct reports. Duties to include: Manage the FOCL account, creating sales through both the marine personnel & air & land services department Support the Business Travel Operations Manager in Championing the Sales Policy and Service Standards Required Manage, maintain and monitor the relevant SLA’s for the implant roles Maximise income through the achievement of sales targets. Help to maintain profitable department by management of bookings and income Take responsibility for understanding targets and other financial measures applicable to the role Coach staff on a day to day basis to maximise their potential Encourage staff to realise their full potential As the successful candidate, you will have proven experience within a similar travel based role. You will be able to work calmly under pressure and able to motivate others to maximise every business opportunity. Fred.
