The WA Residential business are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join the Sales and Marketing team, based in our East Perth Office for a 12 month maternity leave contract. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the business via the management of all sales contracts and reporting systems. As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include: Monitor and manage the status of sales contracts Arrange approval and execution of Contracts for Sale Update the customer database and reporting systems daily Liaise with client advisors and solicitors in relation to the exchange, variations and settlement processes Ensure all settlements occur in accordance with the relevant contract conditions Provide all reporting as requested Maintain and administer the business stock register Coordinate and monitor all new sales conjunction agents Associated sales administration tasks As the ideal applicant you will possess: Previous experience with the Property Development industry A demonstrated knowledge of residential legal and conveyancing processes Proficiency with databases and the Microsoft suite of products Strong administrative abilities Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills Working with Frasers Property Australia: At Frasers Property Australia, we believe that the difference is real.
