Job Summary On a day to day basis providing holistic quality care to the residents of our long term care facility, following each individual's nursing care plan, while maintaining our mission statement. During your shift you are required to complete assigned duties while maintaining a positive atmosphere for our residents and staff, supporting all members of our health care team so together we can keep this facility a comfortable home for our residents. Job Type / Category Shift work, covering the operational requirements of 24 hour care which is provided 7 days per week. Shifts are 8 and/or 12 hours in length, covering days, evenings and/or nights. Required Education, Skills and Qualifications C.C.A. certificate or equivalent Job experience in Long Term Care would be an asset. Company Profile Foyer Père Fiset is a Long Term Care Facility with 71 beds, (10 which are RCF level and 1 respite room). It is located in Cheticamp, which is a picturesque and charming village nestled between the ocean and the mountains, with lots of hiking, whale watching, fresh seafood, four wheeling, snowmobiling, beaches, fly fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc while also has a huge sense of community. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $17.47 to $18.86 /hour
