Human Resources Director Foxconn is looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to lead our HR department. In this highly visible role, the successful candidate will also serve as a forward-thinking leader, responsible for identifying, developing and implementing key human resources initiatives that will substantially enhance the success of our business. Duties & Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership, design and drive key organizational strategies, policies, recommendations and best practices in all general human resources functions to align with the university’s goals. Serve as a key advisor and consultant to senior leadership on strategic decision –making solutions, including organizational effectiveness, change management and workforce planning. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully, including performing needs assessment, process design and improvement, establishing metrics, analyzing and monitoring trends, and providing recommendations. Direct the talent management strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent, supporting or leading high level searches, advising on affirmative action objectives and structuring complex offers. Investigate employee relations issues, recommend, and facilitate effective solutions in alignment with applicable polices and laws; assess risks and identify compliance issues; coach and advise on employee relation issues. Design and manage the performance appraisal process and participate in setting organizational objectives and goals. Manage the annual salary-planning program and develop implementation guidelines; advise managers on assignment of employees to appropriate classification levels; design incentive and bonus programs. Oversee processes and documentation for workers' compensation, disability, leave, workplace accommodation requests, and health and safety issues. Foster an inclusive performance and results-oriented team through setting expectations, priorities, effective coaching and management practices. Education & Experience: Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related discipline required. MBA, advanced degree or specialized training in human resources or business administration preferred. Minimum 10 years of Human Resources experience in positions of increasing responsibility, with at least 5 years in a management position. Strong people management, leadership skills and Customer service skills. Experience handling Mergers & Acquisitions preferred. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
