The Candidate: As a Junior IT technician, you will you be responsible for providing remote support on a day to day basis across 119 sites as well as supporting our head office staff in their daily operations. A fast paced and challenging role you’ll be required to think-out-side the box across various different IT based roles throughout the Company. The successful candidate will be part of a small team, but should be equally happy working on their own. This role is open to all applicants but we’re particularly interested hearing from new IT Professionals that are looking to hone in on their IT knowledge and build a portfolio of skills that we can attribute too. Job Responsibilities: Supporting a windows environment PC Supporting Microsoft office Creating users and mailboxes in Windows AD and Exchange Supporting a VOIP based telephony as well as traditional PSTN lines Managing, exporting and update the company CCTV footage and applications Imaging computers, fresh installations Stock management Creating and debugging companywide reports Responding and managing positive customer reviews through the company’s management platform.
