Our global logistics team partners with manufacturing, sales, customer service, and our 3PL provider to ensure our promise to the customer is fulfilled. Your role will be to plan, drive strategy, and implement our reverse supply chain, as well as other strategic projects. If you have a passion for logistics, technology enabled processes, and problem solving in a fast-paced environment, we want you to join us as our Logistics Program Manager The Job: Business owner of logistics processes in NetSuite Develop strong expertise in the systems used by logistics and support team's processes Define strategy for our reverse supply chain as well as services related logistics Drive execution of reverse supply chain improvements to reduce cost and customer downtime Tackle and lead strategic projects of high importance to the logistics team You: Adept with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc) Experience partnering with IT/Systems to develop new solutions/features A self-starter with a knack for identifying new opportunities Proficient in Excel and database usage Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable multitasking, managing competing priorities Work well under pressure and asks the right questions Bonus Skills: Experience in 3PLs and warehousing operations Experience with transportation Basic coding understanding Our Perks: Flexible vacation Premium coverage for medical, dental, and vision plans Paid parental leave Commuter benefits Unlimited 3D prints We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
