Responsibilities: The Human Resource Business Partner serves as a single point of contact for employees of the assigned business unit. He/She works closely with managers and department heads manage the daily HR operations surrounding employee life cycle (from onboarding to exit). In addition, he/she provides support to various HR initiatives, projects and policies to ensure smooth implementation of HR practices in the assigned business units. Reporting to the HR Manager, the role and responsibilities of this position includes (not limited to): Provide guidance to employees of business units on HR policies and practices Provide performance management guidance to managers and heads of department on concerns such as staff counselling, career development and disciplinary actions Handle disciplinary issues and grievances of employees of business units to ensure issues are being resolved fairly Implement business unit employment engagement strategies Manage manpower budget and plan for hiring needs for business unit Manage employee life cycle, from recruiting - work closely with and support hiring managers to prepare and post job advertisement, screening of applications and shortlisting candidates to be interviewed, to offering of candidates and onboarding and offboarding Coordinate interview sessions and conduct interview with hiring manager Support the half-yearly performance management review process for the business unit Support with talent review process for the business unit Coordinate in-house training programmes. Work closely with HR Shared Services on payroll related matters Requirements: Degree in any related discipline Able to work in a fast paced environment Independent team player with ability to multi-task Positive working attitude A hands-on person that is proactive, driven and resourceful Strong in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) Bilingual in English and Mandarin as this position requires to communicate with Chinese speaking associaties Fresh graduates are welcome to apply We regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
