Are you interested in working with some of the most innovative and exciting restaurant brands in the UK? Food Alert is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team, based in Earl’s Court. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will assist with our day-to-day marketing activity including website monitoring and development, content management and creation, events and social media engagement. About You You will have an excellent command of English, with strong writing and communication skills. We are looking for someone with knowledge of digital marketing and social media, strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude. Ideally, you will have a background in marketing and sales. Key Responsibilites Regular website monitoring and analysis. Liaise with external agency to monitor search engine ranking and Google analytics. Assist the Marketing Manager with the maintenance and content management of the Food Alert websites. Assist the Marketing Manager to create blog posts and newsletter articles. Promote Food Alert and its sub-brands online; content creation, blog articles, social media content. Manage all social media posts and engagement. Answer online live chat enquiries and forward to relevant departments. Assist the Marketing Manager with competitor analysis. Research new restaurant/hotel openings to generate business leads for Business Development Manager. Attend marketing and sales generation meetings and events when necessary. Support with organising Food Alert’s presence at events and trade shows. Other responsibilities relevant to the purpose of the role as required by the line manager.
