Data-Driven and Ambitious Operations Manager We're looking for an experienced and capable leader to take ownership of the logistics team and delivering our already high-quality and high-volume service to our customers as the business rapidly scales to new heights. The Role This job is for someone who revels in a challenge. You will have (supported) autonomy to get sh*t done from day one. You'll own the delivery of our core products to Estate Agents, namely, but not limited to, professional photography, floor plans, property video and 360 tours. Your day-to-day will be focused on maintaining a high level of service whilst constantly looking to automate and systemise our procedures. Photo Logistics is responsible for getting our FocalPros into properties as quickly as we can and within our agreed cost brackets, consistently throughout the year. You'll be leading a team of 5 Photo Logistics Executives who all own an area of the country and who we encourage to be as autonomous as possible. You'll also be responsible for escalations that come from the team as well as analysing data to pre-empt where and when we are likely to experience difficulties to cover orders. To break it down clearly, the crux of what you'll be owning is: Net Promoter Score. We measure NPS at all key points of our customer and FocalPro journeys. NPS from our FocalPros is key. They are a customer type for us and so we must give them great customer service at all times. Turnaround Times. Getting properties to market quickly is very important to our customers so offering consistently quick turnaround times is paramount to the company's continued growth. You'll ultimately own turnaround times and be responsible for continuous improvements. Cost per Order. Cost control is key to any business to ensure the company remains profitable, whilst being fair. You You're curious above all else, you're confident, results-focused and non-traditional; you're data-driven, experienced in automation, have a strong sense of financial awareness to do more with less; an effective leader of people; and you're looking for a job which will keep you creative and keep you challenged.
