Job Summary: The position has the primary responsibility for ensuring a sustainable and healthy business partnership with assigned key trade partners. The position is likewise responsible for providing efficient people management, i.e., directing, guiding, coaching and mentoring, and active leadership involvement which ensures that all sales programs are successfully executed, implementing consistently the policies, strict alignment with the marketing programs and within the bounds of the VMOS, and identifying the critical requirements needed by his/her region to achieve its performance scorecard, KRAs and KPIs. Job Description: A. Planning 1. Prepares annual business plans for the assigned accounts which includes the following: a. Sales growth which includes direct and sub-distributions b. Directions to achieve sales targets c. Account-specific promotions d. Trade budget management e. Account management f. Returns management g. Collection management 2. Closely works with direct subordinates in reviewing and adjusting accounts/trade/territorial sales plans and programs. 3. Prepares and proposes staff developmental programs. B. Execution 1. Provides directions to subordinates/third-party entities in carrying out their duties; 2. Negotiates price adjustments to trade; 3. Implements approved account-specific programs. C. Checking/Monitoring 1. Monitors the implementation of sales programs and management policies; 2. Checks regularly the sales performance on assigned trade partners; 3. Checks staff daily activity report; 4. Monitors the progress of the agreed performance improvement areas. REQUIREMENTS: At least 5 years of related working experience Must be a 4-year business course graduate Experience in FMCG industry is a must Excellent negotiation skills Highly analytical Adept in verbal and written communication Job Type: Full-time Salary: Php25,000.00 to Php35,000.00 /month Experience: sales: 1 year (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Location: Pasay (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Tagalog (Preferred) Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Travel Opportunities Transport Allowance Paid Meals
