Travel Sales Consultant A successful travel business is looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our passionate and driven leisure travel team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling personalised tailor-made travel itineraries to a wide range of clients, covering worldwide destinations. Responsibilities: Daily allocation of enquires to qualify and quote, either on the phone, via email or in person Maintain excellent customer service levels at all times Perform consistently and reach and exceed sales and conversion targets set Produce engaging, informative and sales driven quotes, add value and uphold our brand guidelines Assist the administration team by loading bookings and dealing with queries and amendments Take part in an out of hours call rota (usually one week per month) Occasional weekend/evening work may be required on a fair rota basis The right person will be performance driven, organised, able to multi-task and solve problems and have excellent written and verbal communication skills and GDS experience. You will also have a proven sales track record coupled with expertise in tailor-made travel.
