HR Administrator PART TIME 3 DAYS PER WEEK BOTH CARRUM DOWNS AND TYABB LOCATIONS COMMENCES APRIL 2020 Flinders Christian Community College seeks to employ a Part Time HR Administrator based at our Tyabb and Carrum Downs campuses. This successful applicant will work closely with the HR Director and HR Advisor to our two College campuses on the Mornington Peninsula. The role requires a high level of administrative capacity and the ability to manage databases; assist recruitment; contract preparation and drafting position descriptions. Suitable applicants will have obtained undergraduate qualifications in Human Resources, or be working toward the same. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills are also required.
