We are a group of ‘get it done’ builders and visionaries that are focused and strategically minded. Although we are a small team, we leverage our cross-functional expertise to deliver quality service to our stakeholders from strategy through execution. About You You will be part of a team managing a fully virtualised Linux and Windows infrastructure and Cisco network, making heavy use of configuration management and source control. You are good at diagnosing & resolving issues across multiple different areas such as networking, storage, infrastructure, Citrix etc. You know basic configuration of network devices. You have excellent troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities 1st and 2nd Line Support for the hosting and operations of our SaaS solutions Fulfilling Service Requests Provisioning and maintaining servers, both physical and virtual Diagnosing & resolving issues across multiple different areas such as networking, storage, infrastructure, Citrix etc. Basic configuration of network devices Maintenance of a Citrix Environment Knowledge, Skills & Experience No of positions - 02 years of Experience - 5-6 years Basic knowledge of Linux, ideally RedHat / CentOS Basic knowledge of virtualisation, Ideally VMWare Basic knowledge of Windows and related technologies such as AD, DNS, SCCM Working knowledge of Windows 2016 servers. Knowledge of basic TCP/IP/Routing/VLANs Experience on network devices like router, switches and firewall devices of any platform Working actively on ticketing systems, ITIL processes and IT operations. Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to both understand and explain technical issues Enthusiasm and willingness to learn in a high paced dynamic environment Willing to work in Shifts (Include Night Shift).
