Here at Fleet Farm we pride ourselves on great customer service experiences. In order to have a great customer experience, we must have a clean, neat and easy-to-navigate store and property. As a store facilities team member, you are responsible for ensuring the store’s appearance is maintained and general maintenance duties are completed. Job Responsibilities: Perform basic inspections and repairs on equipment and units, such as forklifts, floor scrubber, generators, etc. Maintain walkways and parking lot areas, including snow/ice removal from entries and exists, salting/sanding as needed, and general repair of ruts and potholes. Perform routine maintenance on the car wash, including daily and monthly inspections. Maintain a clean interior and exterior facility appearance, including lights, signage, grass/weed control, cart corrals, etc. Clean and polish floors, windows, mirrors, vending machines, and ice machines. Maintain public areas including floors, service areas, restrooms, furniture and vents. Qualifications: Previous related experience preferred Basic knowledge of maintenance functions preferred Ability to effectively communicate with all walks of life Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends If you have a customer first attitude and meet the qualifications listed above, please apply today!
