Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security, Compliance and IT risk management program in accordance with ISO Standards. Coordinate the development & maintenance of information security policies and standards. Implement, coordinate and conduct all information security awareness programs within the organization. Periodically evaluate and review effectiveness & compliance to the organization specific Information Security Management System. Coordinate, conduct and track all information technology and security related audits including scope of audits, timelines, auditing agencies and outcomes. Work with external auditors and agencies as appropriate and maintain excellent relationships with the them. Chair the internal Information Security, Risk & Compliance Committee. Serve as liaison to the Information Security Management Group, law enforcement, and internal audit. Provide consulting on information security throughout the organization. Conduct or direct & maintain appropriate documentation of the internal investigation on security incidents & compliance issues. * Define risk management & treatment framework. * Work directly with the business units to facilitate risk assessment and risk mitigation processes. Monitor monthly objectives & metrics related to information security & compliance for each department. Coordinate and lead in implementation of ‘Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Periodically conduct mock drill to evaluate effectiveness of business continuity plan. Define and implement change management plan for both the change in information systems and the change in ISMS itself. Ensure compliance of information security by contractors & suppliers. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cyber security or a related technical field. Minimum of eight to 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure related jobs. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a combination of risk management, compliance & information security Jobs. Have knowledge of common information security management frameworks & standards such as ISO, PCI, SOX, HIPPA etc. Have technical knowledge of Network Security, Firewall Management, Identity Management, Data & information management etc. Have a fair understanding and knowledge of BPO Industry. Have a clear understanding of the IT threat landscape for BPO industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrity. Strong leadership, management and motivational skills. GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Professional security management certification. Experience in vendor negotiations and management. Experience in creation, execution & management of contracts.
