Our business relies on the Human Resources team to contribute to its success by providing a high level of strategic and operational support across our diverse workforce. Reporting into one of our HR Managers, this role will support our leaders across the full employee life-cycle including; organisational development, talent management, building capability of our leaders and employment relations. We have a successful coaching culture which enables us to work closely and collaboratively with our employees to ensure they can fulfill their potential and we can utilise their skills and experience. As our organisation continues to experience positive growth, there is the opportunity to leverage your HR skills and best practice knowledge through a number of HR and business projects. We are looking for a passionate individual with: 5+ years HR experience in a broad generalist role Sound technical and professional HR knowledge together with good business and commercial awareness and the ability to show application of this Experience of working with employees at all levels of a business, with the ability to adapt approach according to the situation Strong experience of employment relations including, change management and performance management Ability to form relationships at all levels to enable you to partner successfully with our employees, leaders and your colleagues Working knowledge of NZ employment legislation Experience in a union environment is also preferred Our business offers a rich experience in HR due to the global, growing nature of our company.
