Overview: First National Bank of America’s Loan Servicing Team is looking for a professional, genial, and highly organized Insurance Specialist to ensure accurate and timely disbursement of insurance funds and compliance with all regulatory guidelines. The Insurance Specialist will work with borrowers and insurance agents to accurately handle our borrower’s insurance needs, providing exceptional service to all. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, strong written and oral communication skills, problem solving abilities, and enjoy working in a collaborative and supportive environment, while maintaining compliance. Responsibilities: Ensure accurate data entry of insurance policies Receive calls from and make calls to borrowers, insurance agents, and companies Prepare and mail letters to meet compliance requirements Timely follow up on customer calls, emails, and faxes Effectively communicate, both orally and written, with internal departments to ensure an exceptional servicing experience for our borrowers Analyze and monitor escrow accounts Process and monitor insurance claims Qualifications: Engaging communication skills (telephone, e-mail, and in-person) Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Insurance experience beneficial
