Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities: Responsible for monthly full set of accounting Prepare general ledger entries Perform Bank Reconciliation Prepare relevant audit schedule Prepare quarterly GST submission Assist in daily cash flow updating Prepare and check grant submission such as WDA and FTS Process and compute commissions pay out through consolidation, entry and reconciliation of data Safeguard payroll transactions by ensuring confidentiality of information Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned Requirements: Candidate with at least LCCI Qualifications. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Ability to handle priorities and manage workload while multitasking and conforming swiftly to changes. Possess good working attitude. Proficiency in efficient delivery under pressure of tight deadlines. Meticulous and detail-oriented. Proficient in MYOB / XERO, MS Word and Excel formulas will be advantage.
