We are looking for Financial Crime Compliance Specialists to join the rapidly growing team at FinTrU. The successful candidates will work within our teamssupporting global Tier 1 Investment Banks across the full onboarding process. Role Responsibilities Conducting enhanced due diligence on the onboarding of highrisk clients using various internal and external systems Analysing cases from a financial crime risk perspective toensure that all relevant regulation has been complied with and all risk factorshave been considered as part of the review Conducting and analysing enhanced transactional monitoringas part of new client onboarding checks and periodic reviews Managing the relationship with key internal stakeholders;Sales, Credit, Legal and KYC Responsibility for training and development of junior teammembers Delivering a flexible Maker/Checker Compliance function forall in-flight client requests, including Quality Assurance checks and feedbackfor all work completed by peers Providing detailed MI and reports to clients at agreedfrequencies Managing all escalations in a timely fashion, ensuring exceptionsto policy are packaged clearly and succinctly for consideration Identifying key project risks, whether stated or not, andmanaging to resolution or escalating accordingly Building and maintaining a strong, effective relationshipwith our clients Supporting the wider FinTrU management team to maintain andexceed set project deadlines Experience Required A minimum of two years of Compliance, Financial Crime or Enhanced Due Diligence experience Preferably at least two years exposure within an Investment Bank Knowledgeable and capable of analysing the execution of variouscompliance and control tests Experience in Compliance, Operations, Risk & RegulatoryReform within Investment Banking Experience of project delivery within the financial servicessector Desirable Experience Correspondent banking experience Demonstrable experience of Global AML requirements Strong commercial awareness within a professional services or outsourced environment Experience of delivering quality assurance checks or audit work experience Proven experience in undertaking direct client engagement and outreach activity Person Specification Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong client relationship skills Organised and structured approach Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment Focused on quality of output as well as speed of delivery Exceptional candidates who do not meet the above criteriamay be considered.
