History: In 1914, George Fillauer Sr. founded the Red Cross Pharmacy, the forerunner of Fiallauer. In the mid-1920's, Fillauer expanded its business to provide orthotic and prosthetic devices as well as patient care. Presently, Fillauer remaines a privately-held company comprised of seven business units, employing just under 300 team members Description: Fillauer Companies, Inc. is presently seeking a highly skilled marketing professional to fill an open director position we have. Relocation assistance available for the right candidate. Essential Functions: Develop and implement the brand strategy for the company. Develop marketing campaigns for new and existing products. Deliver a cohesive marketing communications program. Guide product development based upon research and data. Develop and manage marketing budgets. Organize all corporate communications, including new product launches, press releases, and other media needs (interviews, photos, videos, etc.) Work closely with internal and external resources to maximize creativity, productivity, and cost efficiencies. Champion correct usage of graphic standards and corporate brand guidelines. Review work submitted by internal team members and outside agencies/contractors to ensure accuracy, proper layout, and adherence to brand guidelines. Demonstrate excellent marketing communications skills and knowledge, as well as, acumen in budget forecasting and time management. Work with cross-functional teams in developing and executing segment and brand communications strategies, programs, and tactics that consistently and effectively deliver messages across brands, therapeutic areas, and customer segments in support of overall business plans. Proven record of interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization. Stay engaged on emerging marketing trends. Ensure legal and ethical compliance in all facets of marketing. Up to 25% travel expected annually Perform other related or necessary duties as designated. Knowledge and Experience: Bachelors in Marketing or related field required. MBA preferred. 5-10 years experience with verifiable leadership experience. Excellent leadership skills and project management abilities. Must work well in a team environment Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines, establish priorities, and work effectively under pressure Proven written and verbal communications, grammar, and attention to detail Must have excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite Mac and Adobe software proficiency a plus Fillauer is an EEO/AA employer.
