Social Media/Digital Marketing Specialist About the position Field Trip Health is looking for a Social Media/Digital Marketing Specialist to join our innovative psychedelic psychotherapy practice. Field Trip’s program leverages cutting edge research in psychedelic medicine with evidence-based practices to offer modern mental healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate for this position will be innovative and creative and will be responsible for coordinating and executing all social media posts and campaigns. The role will include conceiving out-of-the-box campaign concepts based on platform capabilities, current trends, and brand goals, managing all social media platforms while continuously looking for new methods of exposure, and creating specialized content in order to increase brand awareness. We are looking for an energetic and dynamic individual who thrives on working in a start-up, fast-paced environment, who can bring a new sense of creativity to the team. This is a part-time hourly position. Primary Responsibilities Create and maintain multiple social media platforms - including but not limited to: (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc) Establish social media strategies and ensure timely execution of social campaigns and initiatives to generate engagement, fans, new traffic and leads across all of the company’s platforms Monitoring campaigns, insights and engagement metrics with the ability to analyze social performance, turn into actionable insights. Demonstrate measurable success through the achievement of set KPIs (ie. Account growth, community building, campaign management, report generation/analysis, and overall results) Research and benchmark against market/competitors in order to develop a competitive edge and provide recommendations based on strategic insights and learnings Review user generated comments & posts in a quick & timely manner Respond to comments, when appropriate to foster a positive community & add value to the user’s experience Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or equivalent); Specialization in Social Media 1-3 years of experience providing psychotherapy services in an outpatient mental health clinic Strong understanding of current online social media marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice. Excellent command of (written) English, including strong copywriting and editing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced working knowledge of Excel Total understanding of social media marketing tools and how to create, manage and optimize campaigns across all relevant channels. Experience Advanced knowledge of Social Media platforms – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc Proven experience in planning and activating paid social media campaigns across Linkedin, Facebook, and Twitter knowledge of analytics, tracking, and social media monitoring Creating, editing and publishing content on social media, engaging and managing any comments from the company’s community. Knowledge of digital media software – Photoshop or other graphic design software is preferred Detail-oriented skill set and possesses excellent writing, communications, and interpersonal skills
