Field & Forge Brewing Co., a Brewery and Gastro Pub in Innisfail, AB has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dishwasher to be a part of an enthusiastic team. Under the guidance of the Executive Chef, the Dishwasher/Busser will play a very important role in the success of the Restaurant by focusing on guest satisfaction and maintaining excellence in operations execution. Criteria: Ability to follow safe working practices and a working knowledge of AHS Principles. Ability to work in a team. Must be 18 years of age Very good communication skills. Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure. Be respectful towards and supportive of colleagues. Have a strong sense of team spirit and understanding of great customer service. Partake in discussions and work with the crew to create a conducive working environment. Responsibilities: Follow instructions given daily by Chef or Sous Chef. Collaborate with front of house and back of house in keeping our working environment clean. Table bussing to be completed in a timely manner. Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwasher and surrounding area. Ensure all items are cleaned and stored correctly. Maintain the waste management program during every shift. Ensure all pre-shift and post shift duties are completed efficiently. Qualifications: Positive attitude and willingness to learn. A strong appreciation of working in a team spirit driven environment. Experience in a commercial Kitchen with high volume is beneficial. Ability to stand for long hours, some lifting. Be able to follow instructions, deliver consistent quality work. Good time management skills. Hours of Work: The hours of work for this position will vary depending on organizational requirements, but will include evenings, weekends and holidays.
