Job Summary: The Training Specialist shall be responsible for assisting the Training & Employee Relations Manager in the implementation of the Annual Training Plan and Employee Relations activities. He/She will be responsible in the preparation of training materials and logistics, and in ensuring that the training files are properly documented.
