Key responsibilities Provide on-time financial and cost analysison Project and Service Business Perform month-end closing and reporting activities Improve financial data and project cost accuracy Perform variance analysis and highlight major variances to the management Prepare, organize and participate Project Financial Reviews on regular basis Provide sales forecast from backlog burning on project and service business Participate budgeting, forecasting process and management reporting Set up and implement internal control procedures Improve internal process and drive efficiency Support and provide opinion from finance perspective to Commercial and Project teamsfor finance related topics Work with Finance team in the headquarter Travel to the factory in Guangdong Province occasionally Handle other finance and operation tasks as assigned by management team Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting with CPA qualification Minimum 5 years’ experience in cost analysis, financial planning and reporting Experience in project base and manufacturing business is an advantage Strong analytical and accounting skills Advanced MS office skills required Good with numbers, and experience with management performance metrics Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Strong communication, representation and interpersonal skills Proficient in ERP systems (knowledge in Multiable ERP system is a plus We offer attractive package, including 14days annual leave, double pay, Medical, etc. to suitable candidates.
