The Customer Service position serves customers by providing product and service information, solving complaints, processing and tracking orders, errors, account questions, cancellations, resolving product and service problems and works closely with the inside and outside sales team. Utilizing your impeccable attention to detail and through building long term partnerships with customers, you will perform the following: Proactively identify customer needs, expedite and manage status of orders, review and update activity on accounts using ERP system. Prospect for new sales opportunities with existing customers. Maintain adequate level of quote captures. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; expedite correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Work closely with inside/outside sales, quality, logistics, purchasing, product management and engineering departments. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Manage work in process (WIP), RFQ's and PO's. Provide proper marketing information to customers and support with follow through communication. Benefits: We value our employees’ time and efforts.
