To achieve these goals, companies are investing in technology and in the principles of Industry 4.0: Digitisation and automation of operational activities Connecting machines with multiple software platforms and departments within the production environment Provide data to partners (suppliers, machine builders,…) Collecting and analysing big data Indutrial Internet of Things Virtual and augmented reality Collaborative robotic platforms Digital Twins As a big manufacturing company with an high level of automation technologies and an advanced phase in our Lean Manufacturing journey, To support Innovation Team with the implementation of new technologies and processes within Industry 4.0, we are looking for an Industry 4.0 Engineer As Industry 4.0 Engineer you will: Delve into concepts such as big data, data analytics, Industrial IoT, digital twin, virtual reality, horizontal and vertical integration, smart sensors, advanced human machine interfaces, modular production lines, new business models, robotics Advice the team about these topics Create a Factory Of The Future / Digital Transformation roadmap for and with the team Support the project team in the execution of the above Industry 4.0 roadmap, developing business cases, lead models and company knowledge. You collect information, contacts and partners within the Industry 4.0 community. You keep colleagues up to speed and organise internal and external trainings about Industry 4.0. Requisiti: Skill & experience: You have a Master Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Automation, Electronics, related field of study) You have knowledge about automation and/or digitization of operational activities You are used to work out concepts and software architectures Lean management You are fluent in English Your communication skills and empathic ability are on point You are a teamplayer
