About the Company An innovative accounting practice located in the city fringe is looking for a customer experience specialist to manage their Xero advisory service. The focus will be predominantly on Accounting and Workflowmax support with some involvement with inventory, point of sale and CRM add-ons. There are internal and external customers and you will work closely with both existing and new clients to determine the best solutions for their business. About the Role Specific responsibilities will include being the in-house expert on Xero/Workflowmax and providing advice, guidance and training to in-house users. External responsibilities will include cloud application advisory work (alongside the new business Director), setting up and implementing cloud applications, training users and providing ongoing support, both remotely and onsite, after implementation. You will be encouraged to attend Xero conferences and seminars to stay up to date with technical developments. About You Suitable applicants will ideally have had at least 2-3 years’ experience working for Xero as a customer experience specialist or similar. Your experience may have been gained with another on-seller or accounting practice and will be regarded as being equally valid. In addition to accounting/Workflowmax, you will need to have working knowledge and aptitude with other applications such as inventory, point of sale and CRM applications. You will need to have strong written and verbal communication skills, a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
