About Famous Supply

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for leading the Human Resources team. This includes, but is not limited to, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Safety, and general HR administration. Primary Job Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic HR plans including, but not limited to, payroll, benefits, recruitment, retention, performance management, safety, and general HR administration Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and processes that enrich the lives of Famous associates and advocate for the business Lead a team that builds meaningful relationships to cultivate a safe, trustworthy and supportive space Lead efforts to recruit, develop and retain high-performing associates Lead, guide and support HR team members Ensure adherence to internal policies and legal standards Successfully resolve grievances and/or violations of company policy Anticipate and resolve litigation risks Required Experience and Skills Thorough knowledge of Human Resources management and leadership principles and best practices Flexibility to balance legal and compliance with people advocacy and business needs Understanding of HR value-add to the business with a focus on serving the people Data analysis and reporting Absolute and complete professionalism and confidentiality Excellent organizational and leadership skills Preferred Experience and Skills 5+ years of Human Resources leadership experience Leadership experience outside of Human Resources What Makes Us Famous!
