FPS is a global leader in turn-key food freezing and cooling equipment serving clients across five continents. Due to our rapid expansion, we are looking for an HR Generalist to focus on the recruitment needs of each business department and to provide a wide range of services related to human resources including but not limited to: recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding, HR policies & legal compliance, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations. The HR Generalist will work collaboratively with managers and staff at all levels across the organization of 200+ staff. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including job posting, vetting resume and interviewing candidates, processing reference checks and background checks. Handling job fairs and candidate enquiries Provide HR administration for on-boarding and off-boarding employees Maintain complete and accurate workforce information in the HRIS software Prepare HR monthly reports Administer annual programs including employee surveys, performance management, and compensation reviews Coordinate employee rewards programs which aligns with corporate objectives Provide support to training programs when needed Be an active member in the social team Skills and Qualifications Post-secondary degree or diploma in HR with CHRP designation preferred 5+ years of related experience in HR capacity Ability to provide support in creating a highly engaged culture Ability to think positively and add value to the team Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with staff, senior managers, and stakeholders Familiar with employment standards and labour relation standards Ability to problem solves and creates innovative solutions Ability to organize and prioritize work; meet deadlines Detailed -oriented and good analytical skills Hands on experience in PC operations and HRIS systems Good command in written and spoken English and knowledge in Chinese is desired Please submit your resume and cover letter including salary expectation in your reply to hr@fpscorp. ca FPS Food Process Solutions Corp. is an equal opportunity employer, and we thank you for your interest in the position.
