We have an opening position for a motivated and qualified Performance Test Engineer to join our lively team and work on projects for Europe's leading brands! The role will require a strong understanding of FINTECH sector and IT area. Salary: 45.000-52.000 EUR Responsibilities Define critical scenarios, in collaboration with customer’s stakeholders Define the kind of test to execute (i.e: Load Test, Stress Test, Volume Test, etc.) and the workload model In agreement with customer’s stakeholder, define how to collect the input data for the test. Define the performance parameters (i.e. response time, percentile, etc) to keep track, with regard to the kind of performance test executed. Prepare test plan based on performance test requirements Prepare, register and modify, performance test scripts (correctly parameterized and correlated) Execute load test as per the detailed performance schedule plan (using scheduler’s tool when needed) Collect results (using data collector as SiteScope) Analyse test result and validate whether test runs meet the agreed values/SLA; analyse performance bottleneck Re-test after Performance tuning (when required). The tuning, if needed, will be executed in cooperation with customer’s technical staff. Prepare and present final report. What we are looking for Minimum of 1-2 years of direct hands-on experience with load and performance testing using Load Runner and/or Microfocus Performance Center tool (formerly HP tool). Knowledge of – at least - the following scripting protocols: Web http(s), Web Ajax True Client and Web Services.
