FINEOS is currently seeking a Graduate Business Consultant to commence our Graduate Development Program in February 2021. As a Graduate Business Consultant, you will: Receive your induction through the FINEOS Graduate Development Programme. This Programme will develop your core FINEOS product knowledge and Consultancy Skills which will enable you to perform at a high level on projects and with both customers and internal colleagues. Navigate through rotations, where you will contribute to all aspects of the project lifecycle including requirements, analysis, design, build test and support. Develop core consulting skills such as Systems Analysis, Client Management, Presentation and Facilitation Skills. Assist with the management of customer requirements through all stages of the solution delivery including defect management. Be required to configure the product to meet customer requirements using FINEOS standards and best practice. Attend Offsite development days and work with your mentor on your personal and professional development plan On completion of the FINEOS Graduate Program, you will be a core member of the FINEOS Business Consultancy team where your responsibilities will include: Possessing a strong understanding of the FINEOS product and its configurable components Production of quality documentation to support the design and development, build and release process Participating in the Quality Assurance function and assisting senior team members in end - to - end solution testing Interacting with customers within and external to the organisation, to help define requirements and develop solutions as part of the wider project team. Working with senior consultants to analyse requirements and support the requirements through to delivery Managing internal expectations on the delivery of the solution to Practice Leads, Senior or Principal Consultants, Project Managers and the project team Demonstrating the FINEOS configured solution and product to your FINEOS project team Develop an understanding and knowledge of insurance and our customers Understanding and manipulating the data model at a database level Promoting and living the FINEOS values and increase positive relations within the team, customers, prospects and partners. Your current skills and knowledge will include: IT related or Business/Technical background Software methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall Relevant project or internship experience is a plus. You will also: Be a forward thinker and have an analytical and collaborative approach to problem solving Have great interpersonal and communication skills Have an ability to work under pressure and enjoy the teamwork the comes with working together to achieve results and meet deadlines. Have a commitment to working within a team, and a focus on enhancing team effectiveness Be able to adapt to new challenges and always adopt a win-win approach Be flexible to travel for projects if required.
