We specialise in the manufacture and installation of 'A' rated home improvements products including conservatories, garage doors, windows and more. Due to rapid growth, we are looking to hire two trainee customer service/marketing executives to join our showroom in Bury St. Edmunds. The ideal candidate will have some previous or similar experience in a customer service environment, but candidates seeking a new career and who show both confidence and a drive to succeed are encouraged to apply as we take great pride in training our staff from the very beginning. You will be engaging with both existing and prospective customers in the Suffolk area, while identifying customer needs to provide solutions and alternatives, while arranging appointments for our quotations team. What we expect from you We pride ourselves on our customer service, and you will be the first point of contact so a polite and professional manner is crucial. A positive ‘can do’ attitude is a must.
