S To ensure the incoming raw material and packaging material is complying with company specification and safe for use. To monitor and ensure the incoming / materials sampling plan in perform according to the sampling plan and on timely manner. To ensure required raw materials / packaging material are correctly retained for future reference. To liaise with suppliers for product specification, MSDS, allergen declaration or any related documents. To monitor and ensure the line inspection and product testing is performed according to sampling plan and on timely manner. To ensure finished products are correctly retained and the stability test are conducted as per required. To prepare trend analysis for lab test result and analyze the da ta. REQUIREMENTS Candidate must have at least Degree in Science, Food Technologies, Food Science, Food Chemistry or equivalence. At least 1 year working experience especially in laboratory preferable in food industry. Good knowledge in GMP, HACCP, ISO22000 and FSSC 22000.. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
