Implementation Consultant, Business Consultant. Project Managment, Technically aware, Customer facing role, £ 60000 - 70000 + benefits. Eastleigh, Hampshire. Market leading and growing technology company are recruiting an Implementation Consultant / Business Consultant to join their expanding business. In this key role you will be responsible for ensuring the success of customer implementations, customer engagement & helping with the strategy for the customer transformation. You will therefore have a range of skills including Project Management, software implementation, Business Analysis etc. You must also be technically aware and are likely to have started your career as a software engineer or similar. Moreover it will be your responsibility to ensure functional solutions are fit for purpose and delivered against business requirements. Working both in the office and directly with customers key responsibilities include - - Work with the sales team in a pre-sales capacity. - Help customers to clearly define their requirements through needs analysis and business process reviews. - Document customer requirements and produce project plans which guide the customers through a successful implementation. - Define data migration strategies and help customers migrate their data. - Project management of implementations, ensuring that milestones are met, and customer expectations are achieved. - Build good working relationships with customers and other members of the team. To be considered you will have the following skills and experience - - Experience of a software implementations and configurations (from a hands on / consultant perspective). - Experience with databases. - The ability to run projects, hit deadlines and communicate effectively with customers. - Broad experience covering project management, business analysis and configuration. Knowledge of retail and POS systems is an advantage. This is an excellent chance to join an expanding company at a great time.
