Job Title: Legal Executive We are looking for a Legal Intern who would be interested in working with FCG. The selected intern(s) will work on following during the internship: Drafting, review and provide legal advice on all legal agreements such as Vendor agreement, NDAs, Client agreements, Sub Contractor Agreements and Teaming Agreement. Drives all the contractual and legal related queries that come on internal legal side Liaising with the External Legal Consultant for required legal queries Provides legal expertise to other departments where needed Assist the Legal team in formalities with regard to adherence with local and overseas laws and regulations Who can apply: Looking for an intern who has completed first 4 years of LLB. With Good Personality Good Communication Skills, Good drafting skills, Well Versed with Law Theory and has an experience of two-three months working with a corporate company. No. of opening: 01 Location: Bhopal The intern will be responsible for assisting a variety of tasks typical in a corporate legal department, including, but not limited to: Reviewing and revising (as necessary) routing business agreements, non-disclosure agreements and other legal documents. Researching specific legal issues as well as corporate law department best practices and reporting those findings. The intern will also be expected to draft routine contracts and agreements as well as participate in the development of employee training materials in the areas of intellectual property protection, records and information management, contract review and maintenance and other duties as assigned. The intern will work with company business teams to solve other problems as they arise
