Our mission Ezra’s mission is to detect cancer early for everyone in the world. Our customers (we call them members) sign up for an Ezra full-body MRI scan at ezra.com, visit a partner imaging facility to get their scan, and receive their report from an Ezra Medical Provider within 7 days. We are live in New York, San Francisco Bay Area, and Los Angeles. In 2019, we helped 29 of our members detect cancer. We're also building AI technology designed to assist radiologists in their analysis of MRI images & to increase their productivity. Our first AI was created to assist radiologists when analyzing prostate MRI scans, and is currently under FDA review. Your mission You will join a team of creative people working on pioneering technologies. As a QA Test Team Lead at Ezra, you will drive software quality of the next generation of cloud-based AI services for early cancer detection. You are an expert in software testing including unit testing and automated testing systems across various architectures and web apps. You have a passion for software quality with a strong eye for detail. As our QA Test Team Lead, you will: Lead a team of software testers that ensures software quality across multiple teams Lead software issue identification, investigations, and documentation Lead the implementation of product testing & automation, & validation for Ezra systems Own the creation and maintenance of the testing schedule and keep the team on target We're looking for a leader with: Minimum 3+ years of software QA experience in a regulated environment Minimum 3+ years of hands-on technical management experience, building and leading a team of 3+ testers Demonstrated experience fostering test teams' technical & soft skills through hands-on coaching & mentoring Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Technical requirements: 5+ years of experience in software testingFamiliar with at least one programming language, preferably JavaScript Understanding of automation design patterns and QA principles and methodologies Experience ensuring conformance to quality standards such as ISO IEC 62304 Experience in defining test cases based on requirements and technical specs Experience in code reviews and software testing such as writing unit tests, regression tests, end-to-end tests, and integration tests What’s in it for you?
