RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects. 2.Involved/Design development relation to Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing and Sanitary and ID Works 3.Manage project resource allocation, ensure successful, cost-effective and timely project delivery (ensure targets are met) 4.Coordination and liaison with clients, consultants, Architect, Authorities, project Team, Sub-contractors. 5.Constantly report defining project changes and interventions to achieve project output. 6.Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team, analyse results and troubleshoot problem areas. REQUIREMENTS: 1.Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) 2.Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience in Electrical, ID, ACMV, or Plumbing & Sanitary Services. 3.Able to identify project work scope, requirements and specifications and identify, allocate resources in executing project from phase 1 to completion (hand over) 4.Able to communicate effectively at all levels 5. Malaysian *To be stationed in KL Malaysia Job Types: Full-time, Contract Experience: MEP: 5 years (Preferred)
